Our very first low cost spay/neuter project--transporting 26 male cats to a low cost event 100 miles away in
Dallas! It was February--too cold to open the windows and to stinky not to!
Qualifications for free spay/neuter:
Single pet owner making $20,000 or less annually
Family pet whose owners make $34,000 or less annually

vet...who has agreed to provide mobile outreach services throughout rural North Central Texas.

Hico, Texas event thanks to local Baptist Church and Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) a mobile spay/neuter
service out of Denton, Texas.
Our first mobile spay/neuter events were held in Hamilton at the Geneology Center. Our one day events were booked
full each time!
