His foster home describes him as friendly, smart, and handles easily for grooming.  Was he lost (with a rope around his neck?), stolen, not neutered (yet!) so he could have gone wandering...looking for love in all the wrong places and can't find his way back home (that's why we microchip!!!!!) 

 

Give him a second chance at a deservedly loving home--yours!  He's scheduled for neutering, vaccinations, heartworm testing, worming and micro-chipping and then you can come get the sheltie dog of your dreams!
